Privacy policy

The short version: you give us photos so we can make your portraits. We use them for that and nothing else. We never sell your data and we never use your photos to train AI models. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
What we collect

Who we share it with
- OpenRouter (US) passes your photos and our prompts to the AI model that makes your portrait and checks photo quality. That is OpenAI or Google, depending on the model we use. We use these services under API terms that do not allow your data to be used to train their models; providers may keep it briefly (typically up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring.
- Vercel (US) hosts the site and stores files; our database provider stores order records.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Meta: if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, we tell Meta when you start a preview, open checkout or buy, so we can measure our ads. These events include the value of the order and a one-way hashed (scrambled) version of your email, your IP address and browser details. We never send Meta your photos, portraits or private links.
- Google Analytics (US) tells us how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view and roughly where they're visiting from. It uses cookies and your browser and device details. We don't send it your name, email, photos or portraits.
We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.
Cookies
We use a few cookies: one to remember your most recent session on this device, one for a referral or partner link you clicked (30 days), one remembering which ad brought you (30 days), Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc) for ad measurement, and Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for site usage statistics.
Children
EverBeside is not for children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data. Parents or guardians may include their children in family portraits; if you believe a child's photo was uploaded without consent, tell us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails (every offer email has an unsubscribe link). Email [email protected] and we'll act within 30 days, free of charge. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA other than as described above for ad measurement, which you may opt out of by emailing us.
